I'm proud to announce that Gary Stroutsos and I have finished up recording for a new solo CD featuring the enigmatic Chinese Xiao. Gary has asked me to produce this exciting new project....as always, stay tuned

I'm honored to be appearing on and co-producing Gary Stroutsos' new release from White Swan Records: "WITHIN YOU, WITHOUT YOU...journey into stillness."

The CD is set to release in June....
Gary and I will be touring behind this wonderful new release throughout 2009.

Due to several high-profile new projects with reknowned flutist Gary Stroutsos (more on these later), final mixes and mastering for "LANGUAGE OF CLOUDS" have been pushed back to late June. We're now slated to release in July...stay tuned

I will be in Boise with Gary Stroutsos on Thursday, June 18th -- details to be announced

Also appearing will be our good friend, Boise musician Joe Young

SARAYU -- the new group with Vince Chafin will be appearing at the Zion Flute Festival on May 16th at Tuacan Amphitheater in St.George Utah; also on the 23rd at the OC Tanner Center in Springdale

Just a quick update on the new CD progress. We've pushed the release date to December 31st to accomodate production schedule for my wife's DVD "Western Spaces."

The pre-release version of "Western Spaces" is an exact version of the official release available later this week. We decided to make these available for the holiday season. For those who purchase a pre-release version, there will be free shipping and they will receive a free copy of the official release.

It's a great honor for me to announce that I'll be collaborating with Gary Stroutsos on a number of projects in the coming months.

Gary is absolutely one of the finest musicians it's ever been my honor to know and work with...and he is a great friend and teacher.

Happy to announce that LOC sessions have been great and we're tentatively looking at a December 15th release date. More info to follow.....

Next week (November 14-18), I'll be in Seattle working with Gary Stroutsos on a new CD recording and several other surprises. Keep checking back for more info.

November 4th through the 11th I'll be in the studio for recording sessions for the new CD, "The Language of Clouds"

We'll be entering the studio early next month to begin recording for the new CD. Titled "The Language of Clouds," we hope to be finished recording by the middle of November with a release date in December. Stay tuned for more info....

Some more details about the concert in Henderson on August 7th....one of my favorite musicians, Vince Chafin will be joining me onstage for the concert....Vince and I played with New Mexico musician Randy Granger at the 2008 Zion Flute Festival and had more fun than should be allowed.
